    Baked Comfort Food Chicken Recipes

It’s no wonder that baked chicken recipes have become so popular. After all, it has a low fat content, is readily available and has a pleasant taste and a smooth texture when properly prepared.

Unfortunately, the very smooth texture of most supermarket chickens will be too insipid for most palates if the cook does not “spice it up” a bit. Fortunately, even simple condiments do wonders for the chicken. Since the taste options are unlimited, the chicken can be your “blank canvas” to create some culinary masterpieces with different flavors each time.

One of my favorite baked chicken comfort food recipes is my recipe for chicken pie. I currently have a dear friend who is seriously ill. I love seeing her face light up when I come in with my Chicken Pie. This is one of those wonderful “comfort foods” that tend to make you feel that everything is fine while you eat it. Fabulous on a cold day, preferably by the fireplace!

I do not like to use a lower crust. I like to top it off with a wonderful and easy puff cover called Bladerdeeg, which originated in the Netherlands. This recipe makes enough for two pies, I usually freeze half. Make sure to cut attractive “vents” at the top. I always make a little heart with some pieces of dough and put it in the middle before baking it. My friend Susie loves that part!

    Budget Wedding Candy Buffet

A candy buffet gets people excited. Children become wide-eyed and adults see their inner children awaken. Everyone adores the colors, the smell, the taste, and the experience that comes with a candy buffet. The only problem here, of course, is that it may cost a bit more than you would like. Some sweets are rather pricey, resulting in a larger expense than you might expect.

Luckily, you can have a budget wedding candy buffet without a lot of struggling or effort. This will give you the chance to enjoy the candy buffet and to give your guests what they want without spending more than you can afford.

When buying the candy yourself, try to buy in bulk. Bulk sizes are generally less expensive for the amount that you will need. If you were to purchase single sizes, and a lot of them, to fill and refill the buffet, you will pay more, you have to know the κουφέτα τιμές. Bulk sizes are simply better for the budget. You are getting the same candies, but in packages that make moving, storing, using, and saving easier. Spend a lot less while still giving your guests the candy that you promise. It is something that anyone can do and it is the smart move when trying to have a candy buffet while staying on budget.

It is not just about the amount that you buy, though. For a budget wedding candy buffet, you need to think strategically about the types of candy and their placement in the containers. Choose a theme before starting to buy. This will make sure that you are sticking with a specific color scheme, avoiding any colors that do not go with the rest of the design. When you have chosen your candies, put them in their containers on the table. Cheaper ones will fill up larger containers while the more expensive ones go in the smaller containers.

You do not have to use high quality, expensive containers. Yes, they do exist, but it is just as easy to use cheaper ones available nearly everywhere. Cheap glass containers, improved with a bit of design work and effort at times, are perfect. They allow everyone to see the candy, they do not take away from the appeal or design, they are cheap, and they do the job. You do not have to put a lot of extra time or effort or money into making sure that your candy buffet looks good.
